Enquiring Minds Want to Know

By Barb Drozdowich

Welcome to Enquiring Minds Want to Know hosted by Dollycas’s Thoughts.  This weekly meme helps us learn about each other by answering some questions posted on Dollycas’ blog then surfing around and reading each other’s answers.  This week’s questions are:

1) What is my favorite Vegetable?

I haven’t met a vegetable I don’t like 🙂  Since it is Thanksgiving…..my favorite accessory to turkey is Brussel Sprouts!!!  I LOVE brussel sprouts!!!

2) What is my favorite fruit?

I generally don’t like fruit, but I choke it down because I know it’s good for me.  In the spirit of Thanksgiving, my favorite fruit is apple pie 😀

3) Do we grow our own veggies?

We used to have a garden in our old house, but we don’t have room in our new yeard.  My father-in-law, however, is a retired farmer and he has a massive garden that supplies us with goodies all summer and lots to can and make jam from 🙂

Off I go to see what others have to say.  Happy Turkey Day 🙂

Looks like you, I and Lori are the only ones with Enquiring Minds this week, so far.

I love both veggies and fruit, so no problem answering those for me.

Hi Gigi Ann! Thanks for the visit. I’m going to make the rounds this afternoon and I hope more will have joined in by then.

We had brussel sprouts today as well ~ cut them in half, put on cookie sheet, drizzled with olive oil, salted well and baked for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. If you do it differently, please let me know. Happy Thanksgiving!
