Welcome to Wednesday.  There are two memes that I like to follow on Wednesdays.

The first is Catcha Wave Blog Hop hosted by  Blogging Hints.  This is just a midweek blog hop hosted by a blog that offers lots of Blogging Hints – just as it’s name suggests.  I’ve learned lots from this blog and made lots of friends during this blog hop.  Pop over and join in the fun!

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine.  Jill has us chat about books we are waiting on.  They may be new releases that we are waiting for, or books arriving in the mail, etc.

This week I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of  Reckless by Anne Stuart. The first book of this trilogy, Ruthless, I read a few weeks ago because of a review I read.  I was so taken with it, I went in search of the next in the series – Reckless.  Here’s the blurb from Anne Stuart’s website:

The next book I am looking forward to I actually have a copy of, but all this Christmas reading is occupying my time 🙂 Once Upon a Scandal by Delilah Marvell I requested from NetGalley, and it is sitting on my computer, patiently waiting to be noticed 🙁  Soon…..I’m almost finished the last of the Christmas stories!  Here’s the blurb about this one:

    I need to participate in one of the Waiting on Wednesday memes, but every time I think about it, so many books come to mind that I can’t wait to read, that I just give up trying to narrow it down to a few! lol. Your selections sound like a delicious escape into a historical romance. Its been a while since I read something in that genre although it used to be my genre of choice. Thanks for stopping by my blog last week, sorry its taken me a few days to return the favor!
