What’s in your purse? Week 1

So….I’m joining another weekly meme!  My friend Cyndi from Dog-Eared and Bookmarked is hosting the meme.  Please join us!

The title is “What’s In Your Purse”? Co-incidentally, before Cyndi and I were discussing this, my sister-in-law was commenting on me needing a new purse because my purse looked like a mommy purse – big enough to fit the kitchen sink, apparently.  So, I went out and bought a new SMALL purse that can’t possibly be mistaken for a mommy purse 🙂

Ta-Da – a small shoulder bag!  Now what’s in it……..wait for it……

wait for it……..

NOTHING!!!  Sadly, I’ve been to the post office 4 time in the last 5 days and I’ve gotten nothing.  I even tried to bribe the ladies at the post office with cookies…..and still nothing.  I guess I need to look at my TBR pile and find something interesting…..it would make my husband happy 🙂

    I always have a book in purse, sometimes I even carry around a back up book. This week I had exams so I needed something distracting and easy to read, so I have Slawter with me from Darren Shan.

      Hi Celine! I know what you mean. When I was writing exams I always had a novel in my purse – it would calm down the panic before an exam!
