Happy Friday! Hope everyone had a great week (filled with reading!)
I’ve had a guest filled week:
On Monday we had Carolyn McCray here to talk about Bestseller for a Day. She wrote 30 Pieces of Silver and through the efforts of a lot of people, we pushed this book way up the Amazon lists. It wasn’t number 1 at the end of the day, but it was significantly higher than where it started. It was fun to participate!
Tuesday, I had Rob Tobin, a fellow Canadian, drop by to talk about his new book God War: Living with Angels. If you missed this post, click on the link and read about his book. Sound pretty cool and it’s on my wish list!
Tuesday was also the beginning of the Grand Opening of The Romance Reviews. They are giving away over 200 prizes over the month of March. They have author interviews, games to play, puzzles….drop by and see what’s going on! I have a blurb on my blog or you can visit the TRR and wander around
Thursday I hosted Ami Blackwelder and she was talking about her book Shifters of 2040. As one commenter pointed out, the cover looks pretty spooky, but if you read the blurb, it sounds like a pretty interesting book – and it’s one of a series!
Now we are at Friday – not only is this the special day where we say hi to old friends and meet new ones, but I’m participating in Diva’s March Madness Hop. I’m giving away my ARC of How To Woo A Reluctant Lady by Sabrina Jeffries. I loved this book! You can check out my review on Saturday – it is the third book in a series of 5 but can easily be read as a stand alone. I’m also offering up a gift card so you can choose your own book! Be sure to sign up for that giveaway!
Now onto our usual Friday activities….
Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee. She features a new blogger each week. Over 200 book blogs sign up each week and we go from blog to blog saying hi and seeing what everyone has been up to!
Book Blogger Hop is sponsored by Jennifer at Crazy-For-Books. This is also a popular Friday activity. Jennifer asked today :What is your favorite Villain?? I have lots of favorites but I’ve recently been reading the House of Rohan series by Anne Stuart and Etienne de Giverney. He made me shiver in distaste….
The last activity for this Friday is the 18 & over Book Blogger Tag Along Friday hosted by Bitten by Paranormal Romance. This week’s question is How Many Books Do I Read in a Month? The answer varies widely. I tend to read a book every 2 days or so. I guess that makes about an average of 15 per month!
Hope you all have a great weekend of Reading!

Barb
Hi Kristin!
To be truthful….some of the 15 tend to be those little 40 page novellas 🙂 I can whip through those in less than an hour! Hope you also have a great weekend!
Howard Sherman
My favorite book villain is, hands down, is the Napoleon of crime –
Professor James Moriarty.
It took me less than ten seconds to come up with my answer. But you’ll
never guess why.
Hop on over to my blog and find out — http://www.howardsherman.net

Diana (Book of Secrets)
Hi, Barb! You had a great week. I think reading 15 books a month is great! I’d love to do that too. But first, my children must become less needy. LOL. Have a great weekend!
Barb
Hi Diana!
I must admit I sort of cheat to get that number. First of all – I spend alot of time waiting at kid activities and I tend to read alot of novellas – easy to zoom through 50 pages 🙂
Crystal ?
Thanks for stopping by! I’m returning the 18+ FF love, already a follower. =) I hope you had a great weekend!
Barb
