Boss Man by Sierra Summers

By Barb Drozdowich

Welcome to Sugarbeat’s Books – The Home of the Romance Novel!

Today is Steamy Saturday!  This is the day that we kick back after a long week and celebrate the steamier side of romance.  Today’s review is for a book that I read for The Romance Reviews and is certainly steamy!  Enjoy!

Boss Man by Sierra Summers

Source: I received a copy of this book to read and review for TRR.

Penny Lane has had it rough at work. Her new boss is a slave driver, so she decides to attend an exclusive party, desperately needing to blow off some steam.

There she meets Andrew, a hunky blond, and decides to take him up on his offer for some mutual pleasure, not only to share some time with him but his best friend as well. Penny is more than happy to play along. There is a twist to his proposal and she ends up blindfolded. She spends a few sweet hours being pleasured by two men. After the blindfold comes off she discovers the mystery man is her employer Dante Parker. She flees, embarrassed and humiliated, but Dante isn’t quite through with Penny. He plans on not only continuing their time together but he’s also going to show her the hot passion to be found in a little bondage.

He’s determined to show Penny how sweet it is to surrender to the Bossman.

Take two yummy men, a blindfolded woman, some scorching hot sex at a party and what do you get?  Boss Man is a great menage story full of twists and turns and a kleenex worth happily every after ending.

Penny and her best friend Wendy attend their friend’s Valentine’s Day Ball.  Every year the event gets more and more popular.  This is an exclusive event, but since the ball is arranged by a friend, they get tickets.  This ball seems just like any other fancy event, but the back room behind the curtain is a special place at this ball.  That’s where couples can become a little more intimate.  A stunningly attractive man asks Penny to dance, and then got to the back with him.  Once inside a room he blindfolds her and invites his friend to join them.  Only after Penny is pleasured does she realize that the second man in the room is her boss, Dante.

This story is a wonderfully created menage.  Dante and Andrew have been friends since university and often share women.  When Dante sees Penny enter the ballroom, he sees his chance to have a second chance at her.  He is not only her boss, but also remembers her from high school.  The history of this couple is skillfully wound through the evolution of their developing romance.  The chemistry between Dante and Penny sizzles.  The addition of Andrew to the mix creates fog-your-glasses sections of this book!  At 40 pages, this story whizzes by quite quickly, but is a great fast little read.  highly recommended.
