Today is the day that I post a review for a book that I’ve read that is on the steamier side of romance. Today’s choice is one that I picked up for free from the Barnes & Noble free reads section because I liked the cover and I liked the blurb. Great choice!

Beautiful Mess is a book that I just discovered for free on Barnes & Noble and picked up a copy. This is a totally delightful, sexy little story. At 51 pages, I imagine it qualifies for a novella, but those 51 pages produce alot of punch!

This is the story about Bailey Frost who has just been dumped by her cheating boyfriend. She was anticipating a proposal, but instead Craig said “It’s just not working anymore.” Although in hindsight, Bailey realizes that she isn’t totally taken with Craig, she is still left feeling unwanted. To add insult to injury, she works as a Wedding Cake designer and has to meet with happy people planning their weddings every day. Her roommates, Tom and Olly, attempt to cheer her up by making fun of Craig on their Youtube channel, but it’s Linc, who can really cheer her up.

This story will have you wiping up tears, in the sad sections, and cheering where appropriate. It’s a great little read – pick up a copy and enjoy an hour’s sexy little read!
