Class: How to Drive Him Crazy
Instructional program for women unexpectedly facing the totally dishy guy from their past. Everyone welcome!
NHL coach Mark Diego’s plan to spend his off-season volunteering in his hometown goes awry when he learns that not only is he coaching teenage girls, but that the program is coordinated by energetic (and five feet two inches of trouble) coordinator Rainey Saunders, his childhood friend—and the woman he could never stand to see dating any other guy….
When their tempers flare, Mark and Rainey discover their fireworks don’t just burn angry—they burn very, very hot! But that’ll just sweeten the victory. Because Mark always plays to win. And with Rainey, he’s planning on playing very dirty, too…
Time Out by Jill Shalvis is another feather in Ms Shalvis’ cap. I loved this fast paced book from the saucy beginning to the HEA ending.
Mark Diego is a big time NHL coach, responsible for a team full of players. It’s a full time job and when some of them get a too much press, he decides to teach them some lessons with a summer job in his home town. Mark’s brother runs the rec center in Santa Rey, California. With the recent fires, the town has been devastated and the kids that remain need somewhere to work off their energy. Mark decides to take his players back to his hometown to volunteer building houses as well as coaching at the rec center. What Mark doesn’t expect is to run into someone from his childhood, Rainey Saunders. It seems that Rainey has all grown up, and lights him on fire everytime he gets close.
Rainey has always carried a torch for Mark, but has finally decided to date some other men and go on with her life. Just as that decision has been made, in walks Mark, literally and rocks her world again. This time, however, Mark is just as aware of her as she is of him.
All the readers of this blog are aware of how much I enjoy my subscription to Blaze novels. These hot little books arrive in my mailbox once a month and provide some light reading that fit nicely in my purse. This book is certainly a great little read. The chemistry is scorchingly hot, the characters are very well developed and a joy to read about. All in all a great book!
